A Short Tale About the Benefits of Regular Exercise is a simple comic crafted, through collage techniques, with cue cards and paper refuse commonly found in recycling bins (receipts, bills, advertisements, bank statements, and photocopies of academic texts). It satirically recounts a cautionary tale about the perils of finding oneself in a state of awe and wonder, and takes a poke at the distractions that cyclical everyday practices of consumption and production provide from encountering the ineffable mysteries of life.
